Brazilian grey slate paving slabs in 800 x 400 x 20 mm format. This is a firm favourite, especially for customers with mediiularger areas to cover. By far this is the most popular size when areas to be covered are larger.

The designer 2:1 ratio of these slabs will be sure to delight. Of course, the slabs are calibrated to 20mm (nominal), with crisp sawn edges and a subtle riven surface which is so lovely to walk on - especially with bare feet when the weather permits ! 

What we like about these slabs is how versatile they are, making them so easy to use in almost any scheme whether it's modern or traditional. They ooze sophistication without being "shouty" - classy and understated with a premium feel.

The colour palette ranges from subtle shades of grey with hues of a blue / greenish tinge visible more noticeably in varying lighting conditions. Nonetheless - it is much more consistent in overall colour tone compared to the darker Black Brazilian Slate 800 x 400. If you want a more consistent tone with less overall variation we would opt for the Grey Brazilian Slate. Having seen both used in various projects it is subjective and likely to come down to the overall aesthetics you are trying to achieve
