The area I wish to tile is not listed - can you create a "custom" bundle ?

Our pre-made bundle packages are designed to meet most requirements and the quantities for each product have been calculated based on the area of tiles ordered. If the area you with to tile is not listed we can create a "custom" bundle. Please contact our team and we will be more than happy to help.

I don't want all the items in the bundle - can some be removed ?

Sure - simply get in touch and let us know when you need. Discounts will still be applied - we will simply create a custom order, email it over and you can pay securely online

Is delivery included ?

Delivery is included to most areas of the UK but there are some exceptions. See the individual product page for details. If you are unsure please contact our team.

Can I return products that I have over ordered?

Adhesive and grout are not returnable sorry due to the nature of these products and suse by dates etc Sealer and any tiles purchased can be returned for a refund less any costs we have incurred to get these items collected . A restocking fee of 20% will be applied too. We would suggest you contact our office if a return is required so we advise all costs in advance.

Can I buy these installation products without purchasing tiles ?

The items can be collected from our warehouse in Milton Keynes and are sold at their normal prices . If you have recently bought a bundle deal and are happy to come to Milton Keynes, in this case we would provide these products at a discount. In essence this is a courtesy service to an existing customer who may have run short.
