How much can I save with a trade account?
Your trade price is applied automatically once your account is approved — you'll see it the moment you're logged in, on every product page. We don't publish the exact rate here since it can vary by account, but there's no code to enter and no negotiating required.
Do I need to create a password?
No. We use passwordless login — nothing to create, nothing to forget. Once approved, click the link in your welcome email, or just enter your email address at login any time. We'll send a short code to that email — type it in and you're straight in, with your trade price already showing.
How will I know my trade price is working?
Just log in and browse as normal. Your trade price replaces the standard price automatically on every product — no separate portal, no toggle, nothing extra to click. If you ever see the standard price while logged in, check you're logged into the right account, then get in touch and we'll sort it.
How long does approval take?
Within 1 working day. A real person checks every submission — we're not gatekeeping, we just want to know who we're dealing with before your prices change.
Is there a minimum order?
No. Buy a single slab or a full container — your trade account applies either way.
What are the contractor referral rewards?
Once approved, refer a customer to us and you both get £25 credit when they place their first order.
I'm in Scotland, Northern Ireland, or the Islands — can I still order?
Yes. Delivery outside England and Wales runs through our delivery quote flow rather than automatic checkout pricing — request a free quote before you order.
