Delivery costs

All prices include VAT. One charge per order, however many slabs you add. The product page and your basket show it before checkout.

  • Hearth slabs, paving and coping: Economy £78 · Express £96
  • Oversized slabs (1500×900 and 1200×1200): Economy £130 · Express £160
  • Full crates: Economy free · Express £24 (£48 for oversized crates)
  • Ready-to-Fit T-Shape Hearth Set and Black Limestone Hearth Set: delivery included (England and Wales)
  • Samples: £5, Royal Mail 2nd class

Delivery times

  1. In stock: Economy 3–5 working days, Express 2–3 working days, once your order is paid.
  2. Cut to Size: delivered by the date on your order: within 14 days, or 7 on Priority. Day 1 is the day after you order.
  3. Booking: the haulier calls or texts the mobile number on your order to book the day. Deliveries run Monday to Friday, 8am to 5:30pm.

Order cut-off for same-day dispatch: 10:30am for full crates, 11:30am for split crates.

On the day

  • Delivery is kerbside by tail-lift and pump truck. The pump truck can only move a short distance on a hard, level surface, not on gravel, grass or sand.
  • We recommend a two-person lift from the kerb.
  • Check the pallet before the driver leaves. If it looks damaged, sign for it as "damaged".

If delivery can't be made

  • If the haulier can't deliver because the site isn't suitable, the outward and return delivery costs are charged to you.
  • If no one is there on a booked day, the haulier may charge for redelivery. The charge depends on the delivery, and we pass it on at cost.

Collection

  • Milton Keynes (MK8 8DD): free. Choose Pickup at checkout. Cut to Size orders are ready to collect by the date on your order.
  • Colchester Distribution Centre (CO6): call 01908 46 46 56 before you order to book a collection and confirm any handling fee.

Scotland, Northern Ireland and islands

These postcodes can't be ordered online yet. Call 01908 46 46 56 for a delivery quote before you order:

How is the delivery day booked?

The haulier calls or texts the mobile number on your order to book the day. Please check it is right.

Will the driver bring it to my garden or fireplace?

No. Delivery is kerbside by tail-lift and pump truck, on a hard, level surface. We recommend a two-person lift from there.

I'm in Scotland, Northern Ireland or the islands. Can I order?

Not online yet. Call 01908 46 46 56 and we'll quote the delivery.

Can I collect instead?

Yes. Milton Keynes (MK8 8DD) is free: choose Pickup at checkout. For our Colchester Distribution Centre (CO6), call first to confirm availability and any handling fee.

My slab arrived broken. What do I do?

Don't fit it. Tell us within 48 hours with photos. See Damaged Deliveries.

Can I return it if I change my mind?

Yes, stock slabs and full crates: tell us within 14 days of delivery. Cut to Size pieces can't be returned. See Returns and Refunds.
