Whilst this service is widely used by trade customers; i.e. builders, landscapers, property developers etc, retail customers too can can take advantage of this service .  The only proviso is that you come with a vehicle suitable for fork-lift loading - if you are not sure, just get in touch with our team. 

Product Overview

Dove Grey limestone paving slabs 900 x 600 at times referred to as Kurnool Grey, the region in India where this fantastic stone is quarried. With sawn edges and a calibrated depth and a lovely grey colour palette, this beautiful stone suits both modern and traditional schemes and is sure to add that wow factor and transform your outdoor living space, The stone is super strong, indeed it shares many of the key attributes of granite that give its durability and strength. Very much a "go to" product for those that have done their research!

Colour - overall the colour tone is a blend of greys with occasional white fossil like markings that can be present, these marking only add to the authentic and natural appearance of this stone. 

Texture - the surface is relatively smooth and flat (but not slippery) and has the texture akin to running your hand across the skin of an older orange. You will feel the lovely texture but it is not rough of harsh. This makes it truly wonderful to walk on with bare feet, when our UK weather allows us to!

Quality - with our own team in India we only select the best blocks for consistency of colour and texture having control of the supply chain from source to our end customers ensures a consistent quality.

This may need to be laid over a sub-base (strengthening layer) of crushed stone or hardcore.

We don’t prescribe a solution per se as contractors may alter these according to project needs but as a guide its typically installed on full bed of mortar sometimes referred to as individual bedding. The mortar bed is laid on top of compacted hard core (MOT) which can range from 100mm to 150mm on average.
