Sourced directly from quarries in Espírito Santo, Brazil and imported by container to our UK yards. No middlemen, no showroom markups. This is the same stone the trade buys, available directly to you.
Choose your grade
Standard Grade
Natural riven surface with the tonal variation and character inherent to Brazilian slate. Blue-black colouring with subtle anthracite shifts, occasional pyrite flecks and natural veining. No two slabs are identical. Ideal for traditional and rustic fireplace settings where natural character is part of the appeal.
Premium Grade
Hand-selected at our Milton Keynes yard for consistency of colour and surface. Tighter tonal range, cleaner face, fewer pronounced natural markings. Every Premium order includes our Free Photo Service — before your slab leaves our yard we photograph it and send you the picture, so there are no surprises on delivery day.
Free Photo Service also included on all Standard grade orders where a cutting or finishing service is added.
