Brazilian Grey Slate Paving Slabs 600 x 300 x 15mm, these uber cool slabs will give you that premium slate look. They are of course machined on the underside to create a very consistent 15mm (nominal) depth for super fast installation, these slabs have crisp sawn sides with a gently textured riven surface. Very premium and will be sure to transform any living space.

The 15mm  Benefit?

Brazilian slate is very strong - don't let the thickness at 15mm worry you. As long as you install these slate slabs on a full bed they are rock solid - don't cut corners by using a "dot & dab" approach.  Get the look without the price tag. Aesthetically they share all the same attributes as the slabs in the same range that are 20mm. The installation method for both are the same - full bed of mortar on a compacted solid surface. 

As the thickness is 15mm we employ a smaller format slab so that it maintains the same strength as a larger 20mm slab.

In a nutshell if the 600 x 300 format slab works in your scheme, the 15mm format will work out to be a very cost effective option.

Other Benefits 

What we like about these slabs is how versatile they are, making them so easy to use in almost any scheme whether it's modern or traditional. They ooze sophistication without being "shouty" - classy and understated with a premium feel.

The colour palette ranges from subtle shades of grey with hues of a blue / greenish tinge visible more noticeably in varying lighting conditions. Nonetheless - it is much more consistent in overall colour tone compared to the darker black slate slabs. If you want a more consistent tone with less overall variation we would opt for the Grey Brazilian Slate. Having seen both used in various projects it is subjective and likely to come down to the overall aesthetics you are trying to achieve 

Super easy to keep clean - once sealed grub and grime literally fall away, simply push off any excess water and your are ready to entertain friends and family. This is the true essence of enjoying the outdoor space and sharing it with loved ones.
