When will the stock arrive? 

The information is shown next to the number of crates that can be pre sold.

Do I have to pay online ?

You can also call our office on 01908 46 46 56 and we can send an invoice. Simply pay securely online - we will not ask for your card details over the phone for extra security.

Why do I have to pay in advance?

Paying in advance secures the stock and guarantees it is allocated to you The website displays how many crates are left so you can decide if you wish to order sooner or wait and order later. Please note that the pre order feature will close around a week before the stock arrives. We would suggest not leaving it too long if you wish to guarantee an allocation.

What if I change my mind and I want to cancel ?

Sure we appreciate things can change so the option to cancel can be exercised anytime as long as we haven't organised delivery to your address. Typically the refund will be processed on the same day or next working day. The refund is for 100% of all monies paid.

Is my money safe ?

In a word yes - but let's explain this a bit more. First we have been importing since 2004 and selling online for almost as many years. In addition to your the protection offered by your card company we pride ourselves on operating with the upmost integrity. Trust and confidence are huge pillars and we would not want to risk our reputation if we felt we could not deliver on our promises.
